This specially formulated spice creates a traditional fervor that becomes synonymous with the mouth-watering flavours of your kitchen.Recipes made with: Swad Sugandh Ka Raj Badshah Kasuri Methi Soak 200 gms cashews seeds for an hour and blend it to paste. Deep fry 400 gm medium cubed paneer till it turn golden brown. Add 3 chopped onions, 1 tsp cardamom powder in 3 tbsp oil and saute till mild brown. Now add 1 1/2 cup tomato puree, 3 tbsp ginger garlic paste, 1 1/2 tsp red chilli powder, 1/2 tsp turmeric powder and 3 finely chopped chillies. Add 2 tsp kasuri methi & stir for 3 minutes. Now pour the kaju poppy seeds paste and salt to taste. Add 2 cups of water and deep fried paneer bring to boil and cook for 5 - minutes. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and grained paneer. Serve it hot with roti or Indian bread.
